Gladys Jean Ramsey Kelly, 72, wife of Albertus C. Kelly and daughter of the late Washington Ramsey and Annie Mae Rhames Ramsey, was born on November 29, 1950 in Sumter, SC. She departed this life on Friday, March 10, 2023 at her residence.

Public viewing will be held on Thursday, March 16, 2023 from 2-6pm at Job's Mortuary.

Funeral Services will be held at 11am Friday, March 17, 2023 at Ecclesia Church of God in Christ, 533 Sharpe Road, Columbia, SC 29203 with Elder Karlton Dixon, Officiating and Elder Luther Holmes, Eulogist.

Interment Services will be held at 11am, Monday, March 20, 2023 at Fort Jackson National Cemetery, 4170 Percival Road, Columbia, SC 29229.

Family will receive friends at the home, 2616 Cliffside Drive, Columbia, SC 29209
