Born on May 30, 1938, in Sumter, SC, she was the daughter of the late Richard Vaughn and Rosa Lee Dixon Vaughn. She was the widow of Thomas Wesley Bellinger, Sr. Arrangements are being handled by Job's Mortuary, Inc., located at 312 South Main Street, Sumter.
