Georgia Mae Givens Gayle, 83, widow of Pincklet Gayle, was born on April 22, 1933 in Orangeburg, SC. She died on Sunday, March 26, 2017 at the Cottonwood Villa, Bishopville, SC. She was a daughter of the late Bennie and Minnie Carmichael Billie and adopted daughter of the late Joe and Rebecca Jackson Givens.

She leaves to mourn her passing three sisters; Annette Billie of Fayetteville, NC, Shirley Hermon and Louise Johnson of Hartford, CT; an adopted daughter, Deyun (Anthony) Riley of Sumter, SC; and a host of family and friends.

Public Viewing will be held on Friday, March 31 from 2-6pm.

Mrs. Gayle will be placed in the church on Saturday, April 1 at 10am for viewing until the hour of service.

Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, April 1, 2017 at 11:00am at Orangehill Independent Church, 3005 S. Kings Hwy, Wedgefield, SC 29168 with Rev. Constance Walker, Eulogist.

Interment will follow in Hillside Memorial Park.

Family will be receiving friends at the home, 407 Love St., Sumter, SC 29150.
