George W. Jones, 95, son of the late George Jones and Anna Keith Jones, was born on August 21, 1927 in Sumter County, SC.  He departed this life on Saturday, June 10, 2023 at Prisma Health Tuomey Hospital in Sumter, SC.

Public viewing will be held on Sunday, June 18, 2023 from 2-6pm at Job's Mortuary.

Funeral Services will be held at 11am, Monday, June 19, 2023 at Salem Chapel & Heritage Center, 101 South Salem Avenue, Sumter, SC 29150

with Rev. Alvin E. Webb, Officiating.

Interment will follow in Hillside Memorial Park, Sumter, SC 29154.
