Frances Jonell Whittaker Jones, 88, widow of William Primus Jones and daughter of the late Willie J. Whittaker and Ethel Lowery Whittaker, was born on June 25, 1934 in Sumter, SC.  She departed this life on Thursday, June 8, 2023.

Family will receive friends at home, 3150 Carter Road, Sumter, SC 29150, starting Wednesday, June 14, 2023 and Thursday, June 15, 2023 from 3-7:30pm and Friday, June 16, 2023 from 3-5pm.  MASK IS REQUIRED in accordance with the Covid-19 guidelines.
