Eula Mae Fulmore Gipson, 81, wife of James Gipson, Jr., and daughter of the late Ulysses Fulmore and Annie McKnight Fulmore, was born on February 9, 1942 in Kingstree, SC.  She departed this life on Friday, October 20, 2023 at her residence.
