Dorothy Smith Witherspoon, 86, widow of John Witherspoon, Sr. and daughter of the late Levy and Julia Brown Smith, was born on September 17, 1933 in Clarendon County, SC. She departed this life on Sunday, July 5, 2020 at NHC HealthCare in Sumter, SC.

Graveside Services will be held at 12non on Thursday, July 9, 2020 at Hillside Memorial Park 2561 Cains Mill Road, Sumter, SC 29154.

Due to the on-going Pandemic, the family will not have visitation. Cards and other condolences can be sent to 23 Monroe Street, Sumter, SC 29150.
