Daniel Rudolph Keels, 74, son of the late Daniel Keels and Ida Mae Goodwin Keels, was born on March 10, 1950 in Lynchburg, SC.  He departed this life on Saturday, August 24, 2024 at Prisma Health Tuomey Hospital, Sumter, SC.
