Cleo Lemmon Goodman, 73, was born August 13, 1944 in Lynchburg, SC. She was the daughter of the late Davis and Corrie Fullard Lemmon. She answered God's call on Saturday, February 24, 2018 at McCleod Hospice House of the Pee Dee in Florence, South Carolina.

She was educated in public school systems of Sumter County and at an early age she joined Asbury United Methodist Church of Lynchburg, SC. She was employed by Dr. Joseph and Rebecca Holland for many years until her health failed. Mrs. Goodman was married to the late Allen Goodman.

She left to cherish her memory her three sons: Allen (Paulette) Goodman Jr, of Charlotte, NC, Al H (Mozella) Goodman of Lake City, SC, and Sherman (Rhetia) Goodman of Anderson, SC; one daughter, Doreen Holmes of Sumter, SC; two sisters, Gloria (Issac) Bell of Dalzell, SC and Brenda Lemmon of Brooklyn, NY; one brother, Booker T (Cecilia) Lemmon of Baltimore, MD; eleven grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; a host of nieces and nephews; two aunts, Arlene Moore of Lake Worth, FL and Josphine Fulwood of Lynchburg, SC; two brother-in-laws; three sister-in-laws; a special friend, Jethro McDowell and two adopted daughters, Annie Cooper and Deidra G. Thomas.

She was preceded in death by her daughter, Georgette Goodman, a brother Aldrigde D. Lemmon, and a granddaughter, I'kia Mcknight.

Public Viewing will be held on Thursday, March 1, 2018 from 2-6pm at Job's Mortuary.

Mrs. Goodman will be placed in the church on Friday, March 2, 2018 at 12pm for viewing until the hour of service.

Funeral Services will be held on Friday, March 2, 2018 at 1pm at Salem Chapel & Heritage Center, 101 S Salem Avenue, Sumter, SC, with Pastor Tawanda Ervin officiating and Pastor Sean Ervin as the Eulogist.

Interment will follow in Goodman Cemetery, Shiloh, SC.

Family will receive friends at 425 Robney Drive, Sumter, SC.
