Retired Battalion Chief McKinley Louis Wilson, Sr., was born on April 7, 1944 to the late Mary Lousie Jefferson Wilson and William Thomas Wilson, Jr.  On Thursday, November 16, 2023 he heeded to the Master's call and entered eternal rest at his home.

Public viewing will be held on Wednesday, November 22, 2023 from 2-6pm at Job's Mortuary.

Mr. Wilson will be placed in the church at 10am for viewing until the hour of the service.

Funeral Services will be held at 11am, Friday, November 24, 2023 at Jehovah Missionary Baptist Church, 803 South Harvin Street, Sumter, SC 29150 with the Rev. Debra Anderson Joe, Officiating and the Rev. Raymond Cook, Eulogist.

Interment will follow at Mayesville Community Cemetery, Mayesville, SC 29104.

Family is receiving friends at 1510 Reedroman Road, Sumter, SC 29153 on Wednesday, November 23, 2023, 4-8pm and at the home of his sister, Mrs. Nancy Wilson Williams, 210 E. Sumter Street, Mayesville, SC 29104 daily.
