Charles "Cee" Cefus Rufus, 78, son of the late Archie Rufus and Rebecca Fulwood Rufus, was born on July 14, 1946 in Clarendon County.  He departed this life on Saturday, August 31, 2024 at his residence.

Family will receive friends at the home, 8220 Rufus Drive, Lynchburg, SC 29080 starting Thursday, September 5, 2024 from 3-7pm.
