Carolyn Evans Edwards' Obituary
Carolyn Evans-Edwards was born on Sunday, April 4th, 1954, to the union of Sumter, South Carolina natives Coleen Maple-Evans and William Archie Evans Sr. in Harlem, New York City. She departed this life on Thursday, August 19, 2021 at her residence.
Carolyn was preceded in death by her late husband, Warren A. Edwards, her siblings, William Evans Jr., Ethel Evans-Dellahoussaye, Lucille Evans-McTillman, Jerry Evans, half-sister Naomi Brand, Grandson Nasir Luthas, and great-grandson Messiah Keyes.
Carolyn's remaining family includes Sister, Diane Evans, Sons, Atiba Luthas and Marques Edwards; Daughter Kyesha Edwards; Granddaughters: Nyasia, Mariah, Kamani, Sanaa, and Lyric, Grandsons Khalik and Kai, Great grandson Josiah, along with a multitude of cousins, nieces, nephews and a vast extended family.
