Carlos Tyrone Harvin, 46, son of the late Raymond Jenkins and Ella Louise Harvin was born on March 29, 1971 in Sumter, SC . He departed this life on Saturday, July 8, 2017 at Palmetto Health Richland, Columbia.
Mr. Harvin will be placed in the church on Saturday, July 15, 2017 at 10am for viewing until the hour of service.
Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, July 15, 2017 at 11am at Westend Community Church, 101 S. Salem Ave., Sumter, SC 29150.
Interment will be held at 10am on Monday, July 17, 2017 at Florence National Cemetery, 803 E National Cemetery Rd., Florence, SC 29506.
Family will receive friends at the home of his sister, 322 Pinson St., Sumter, SC 29150.
