Blanche "Sister" McLeod Cooper, 88, widow of James Cooper, Sr. and daughter of the late Dave and Harriett Evans McLeod, was born on September 13, 1931 in Lee County, SC. She departed this life on Monday, June 22, 2020 at NHC HealthCare in Sumter, SC.

Blanche leaves to cherish her memories: two daughters, Dorothy Smith of Baltimore, MD and Eva (Braley) McCutchen of Sumter, SC; one brother, Freddie McLeod of Sumter, SC; four grandchildren; host of great-grandchildren; great-great-grandchildren and other relatives and friends.

Graveside Services will be held at 1pm on Friday, June 26, 2020 at Walker Cemetery in Sumter, SC.
