B. Eric Johnson, 41, was born on September 1, 1979 in Sumter, SC to Muriel Pickering Yarbrough and Biscayne Johnson. He passed away, following a brief illness on March 9, 2021, peacefully with his mother and family at his side, at Prisma Health Tuomey hospital in Sumter South Carolina.

Eric loved hunting, motorcycling, cooking, dogs and the outdoors.

He is survived by his mother, father, his former wife Angel Mickens; children Ali Mickens and Jaiden Mickens and his bonus children, Baylee Smallwood and Payton Mickens and granddaughter, Luna Maren Asbury.

He was preceded in death by his brother, Cpt. Karl Russell (Duby) Yarbrough.

Visitation with the family will be held on Saturday, March 13, 2021 from 2-4pm at Job's Mortuary.

Mr. Johnson will be placed in church on Sunday, March 14, 2021 at 1pm for viewing until the hour of service.

Funeral Services will be held at 2pm on Sunday, March 14, 2021 at Salem Chapel & Heritage Center, 101 South Salem Avenue, Sumter, SC 29150.

Interment will follow in Walker Cemetery.

Due to COVID-19 restrictions, the family request no visitation at the home.
