Bertina Lou Miller Parrott, 65, daughter of the late Willie Miller and Albertha Benjamin Miller, was born on June 11, 1960 in Sumter, SC.  She departed this life on Sunday, June 15, 2025 at Prisma Health Richland Hospital, Columbia, SC.
