Bernard L. Christian-Ragins , 43, spouse of Scott Christian and son of Gwendolyn Ragins Heyward and the late Jeffery Allen, was born on November 23, 1974 in Sumter, SC. He departed this life on Monday, August 27, 2018 at his residence.

Mr. Ragins will be placed in the church on Sunday, at 2pm for viewing  until the hour of service.

Funeral Service will held on Sunday, September 2, 2018 at 4PM at Westend Community Church, Sumter

Family will receive friends at the home of his aunt, 34 Dollard Drive Sumter, SC.
