Barbara Jean Pugh Elliott, 69, wife of Willie "Bill" Elliott and daughter of the late Allen and Lucinda Bosien Pugh, was born on May 26, 1950 in Sumter, SC. She departed this life on Sunday, October 6, 2019 at Prisma Health Richland in Columbia, SC.
There will be a Celebration of Life Drop-In at the Parlor of Job's Mortuary, Inc. on Thursday, October 10, 2019 at 5pm.
Job's Mortuary, Inc., 312 S. Main Street is in charge of arrangements.
