Barbara Canty Brock Armstrong, 69, wife of Lafayette O. Armstrong and daughter of the late Rebecca Canty Mincey and Samuel Wilson, was born on September 28, 1950 in Sumter, SC. She departed this life on Tuesday, January 28, 2020 at Prisma Health Tuomey in Sumter, SC.

Public Viewing will be held on Friday, January 31, 2020 from 6-8pm at Job's Mortuary.

Mrs. Armstrong will be placed in the church on Saturday, February 1, 2020 at 12noon for viewing until the hour of service.

Funeral Services will be held at 1pm on Saturday, February 1, 2020 at Jehovah Missionary Baptist Church 803 South Harvin Street Sumter, SC 29150, Pastor Marion H. Newton, Officiating.

Interment will follow in Hillside Memorial Cemetery.

Family will receive friends at the home, 510 Pitts Road Sumter, SC 29154 until 8pm Daily.
